The Quality Learning Circle Network provides a space for community service organisations and the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing (DFFH) to come together, exchange insights, and navigate sector changes.

Through three annual Quality Learning Circle Network meetings, the network builds engagement between frontline staff, sector leaders, and DFFH representatives to ensure compliance with the Department of Human Services (DHS) Standards.

Each meeting offers a structured platform to:

  • Discuss sector updates and changes
  • Engage directly with DFFH on quality and compliance matters
  • Hear expert presentations and contribute to key discussions
  • Network with peers and build cross-sector relationships
  • Provide updates and share information emerging from the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing Quality Reference Group
  • Explore opportunities for quality and compliance information and resource sharing

Participating in The Quality Learning Circle Network will give you practical knowledge, strategic insights, and a stronger voice in shaping the sector’s approach to quality and compliance.
